I think Xanga is dying. At least as far as my circle of friends is concerned. If any of you who
used to post, but
no longer do, are reading this,
I miss you and I wish you would post.
I haven't been able to watch or read
the speech that Obama made on Tuesday but from what I've heard it was quite epic. He really went out on a limb. The easy, safe political move would have been to throw Rev. Wright under the bus and move on. But he didn't do that. Just from some of the excerpts I've read.... WOW. Very moving. A lot of substance. Not just fluff. Thoughts?
K, love you, bye.

I'm sorry, I couldn't hear your post over the constant flatline beep of Xanga's heart monitor. May she rest in peace.
Obama '08 indeed.

His Youtube channel is hosting it.
Absolutely brilliant.
I actually agree with most of the comments I've heard Rev. Wright make. I plan on posting analysis soon.
Yeah, some people are saying that Rev. Wright is the equivalent to a KKK leader... I think Obama has and will loose some ground because of this issue, but freedom of speech and religion are still in the first amendment together, and I think what they are saying isn't too overboard.
It's not so much that I want xanga to survive, it's that I miss all of those friends who used to post. I've said before that I'm interested in blogger, but I have a slightly larger community here, than I do there. But when I think about the active posters, it's like a total of five people.

Why not? Just the whole killing people thing? That's pretty much my only hang up. But most adherents don't believe in that part.
